About 20 minutes by taxi. You can find taxi ranks in the departure and arrival areas of Terminal 1 and 2. The taxi service point is located on level 03 in Terminal 2.

· S1 to Neufahrn, then bus 690 to Garching Forschungszentrum

· S1 to Ismaning, then Bus 230 to Garching Forschungszentrum

· LH Bus to Nordfriedhof, then U6 to Garching Research Centre

Train

Long-distance trains to Munich main station, then walk or take the underground or S-Bahn to Marienplatz, continue with the U6 to Garching-Forschungszentrum.

Car

On the A9 take exit 70 Garching Nord and drive in the direction of “Forschungszentrum/TUM”, straight ahead onto Ludwig Prantl Strasse, left onto Boltzmann Strasse, right onto Lichtenberg Strasse and then right again onto Walther-von-Dyck-Strasse.
